Merger and Acquisition Updates for XGS and PCD

We are excited to announce the consolidation of PCD locations in Portland and Seattle into XGS facilities on June 13, 2022. PCD’s location in Spokane will also join the nationwide network of XGS on the same date. The following are the location addresses for each of our service centers in the Pacific Northwest.

What does this mean for you?

The consolidation of these facilities, along with the ongoing evaluation of process improvements at the Spokane, WA location strengthens our footprint and allows us to continue with our accelerated growth while delivering value to our combined customers.

Are my prices changing due to the consolidation?

If you do not have rates established with XGS, we will continue to recognize your current PCD pricing for a minimum of 90 days. During this time, we will work to better understand your supply chain and introduce you to the full suite of XGS services. 

If you have rates with both XGS and PCD, your rates will convert to the XGS rates on June 13, 2022.

I have rates with PCD and XGS - which rates will I use?

If you have rates with both XGS and PCD, your rates will convert to the XGS rates on June 13, 2022.

Who will my account representative be after the change?

Your assigned account representative will be in touch with you to introduce themselves and you can always reach our team at xgssales@xgsi.com.

Will this consolidation also involve Delta Distribution/Michigan Carpet?

No – the consolidation of the PCD facilities will not have any impact on Delta Distribution/Michigan Carpet.

Will my invoices continue to come from PCD?

You will continue to receive PCD invoices until the changeover date of June 13, 2022, then your invoice will come from XGS.

Are my payment terms staying the same?

Yes – your current payment terms will be honored by XGS.

Do I continue to pay my invoices the same way with the same remit to?

Yes – You will be notified directly from XGS via your normal invoicing if any changes to this occur. Instructions for paying XGS invoices can be found HERE or you may contact us at xgsbilling@xgsi.com with questions.

Will there be differences in transit times?

The merger of XGS and PCD allows for improved transit times and increased local delivery days. If you would like a copy of an updated route guide, please reach out to your sales representative or contact us at xgssales@xgsi.com.

Who do I contact for quotes?

You can quote a shipment through the XGS Customer Portal at my.xgsi.com. If you do not have a portal account, you may register by clicking HERE. Please send spot quote requests to ae@xgsi.com.

Who do I contact for scheduling a shipment?

Shipment pick-up requests should be submitted to xgspickups@xgsi.com.

I only want to deal with my local service center manager - who should I contact?

Customers in the Pacific Northwest may reach out to their local service center manager for assistance.
