XGS and Delta Distribution Merger Update
We are excited to announce the merger of Delta Distribution and XGS was completed on August 21, 2023. This merger strengthens our operations, expands our reach, and allows us to provide innovative solutions for your supply chain through our extensive network. Delta associates are now a part of the XGS team and will continue to provide the excellent level of service and support you have come to expect.

Are my prices changing due to the consolidation?
XGS established rates for all Delta Distribution customers based on their previous volumes. Your combined XGS and Delta rates are effective starting August 21, 2023.

Who will my account rep be after the change?
XGS plans on retaining all Delta Distribution account representatives. If you have any questions please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
I do not have an XGS Customer Portal Account. How do I sign up?
Visit my.xgsi.com to sign-up. Select “Request Portal Access” from the login screen, complete the form with your information, and submit it. Once submitted, you will receive an email with details to log-in to your new XGS Customer Portal account.

Delta Distribution emailed me a daily delivery report, will XGS offer me the same?
Who do I contact for scheduling a shipment?
Will XGS continue to offer brokerage services through Bishop Logistics?
Bishop Logistics will remain intact and continue to offer brokerage services. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your truckload needs.
Will my invoices continue to come from Delta?
Starting August 21, 2023, your invoices will bill from XGS. For invoicing questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Are my payment terms staying the same?
Yes – your current payment terms will be honored by XGS.
Do I continue to pay my invoices the same way with the same remit to?
Will there be differences in transit times?
Transit times will not be impacted by this consolidation. As a result of the merger, customers will have access to the nationwide network of XGS that allows them to reach 99% of the US population.
