Whitney joined XGS in 2021 and oversees talent management, organizational development, total rewards, risk management, social responsibility, and employee relations. With over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, Whitney is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive workplace that supports employee and organizational growth, positioning XGS as an employer of choice.

Before XGS, Whitney spent eleven years at Dillon Transportation, where she held leadership roles and implemented HR and Environmental Health and Safety initiatives that improved employee engagement and compliance.

Whitney earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University and a Master of Science in Management from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, highlighting her expertise in human resources and commitment to excellence.
