Roger joined Xpress Global Systems (XGS) in May 2023. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Xpress Global Systems, Roger Silva oversees the company’s financial operations and drives strategic initiatives that help achieve the organization’s goals. He has over 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles and brings a wealth of knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, general management, finance, and accounting to his role.

Roger is an experienced leader with a proven history of success in the logistics industry. Roger is a Certificated Public Accountant, he began his career with Price Waterhouse, and subsequently held various Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Planning leadership roles with Pepsi Bottling Group, Cadbury Schweppes Dr Pepper Seven- Up. For the past 20 years Roger held Chief Financial Officer positions in the logistics and business services industries most notably with Total Safety, Inc., Estenson Logistics Services, and Greatwide Logistics Services.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
