Interim Chief Executive Officer

Rick is an experienced CEO with a record of success in rapidly growing business services and transportation companies. His background includes 20 years at UPS where he co-managed a $1B operating unit and directly lead the Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Operation’s Excellence and Technology Support functions.

He is currently an XGS Board Member and Advisor for several companies in the logistics, transportation and software sectors. He has a proven ability to develop strategies that increase profitability, service and growth for both internal and external customers. Rick is known to be an energetic and driven cross-functional leader and problem-solver with exceptional talent for motivating and developing people to function as highly productive teams.
