Tim Couch

Vice President – East Region Operations

Tim Couch joined XGS in January 2023 is the Service Center Manager of the Tunnel Hill, GA location, the largest facility in the company. He was then promoted to Vice President of Transportation and later promoted to Vice President of the East Region.

In his current role, Tim oversees the regions day to day operations, including service, quality, optimizations and revenue growth.

Before joining XGS, Tim held several leadership roles at Averitt Express for over 20 years and was also an Athletic Director and administrator for 8 years. His background has equipped him with an understanding of how teamwork and a common goal of excellence can result in a win for our customers.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has a strong desire to see people develop, grow and improve our team, as we push forward to always to make XGS stronger.
