Scott Wagner, MBA, serves as Vice President and General Manager of the West Region at Xpress Global Systems, where he oversees regional P&L, strategic operations, customer relationships, and policy development while reporting directly to the President.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in transportation and logistics, including prior vice president roles at Yellow and Reddaway, as well as fleet management in the public sector and small business ownership, Scott is a proven strategist known for driving operational excellence, profitability optimization, and sustainable growth through innovative team development and safety culture initiatives. 

He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University.
