Kevin leads the people strategy and HR operations company-wide. With 30+ years of HR leadership across pharmaceutical, healthcare manufacturing, FMCG, and logistics, he’s known for calm, fair, change-ready leadership that builds trust and performance.

He holds an MBA and an MS in Industrial Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a BA in Psychology from the University of the South.
