    Bob Kenna

    Chief Executive Officer

Proven transportation & logistics executive specializing in transformation, growth, and exit execution

Bob Kenna is an accomplished transportation and logistics leader with over 30 years of experience driving operational turnarounds, market expansion, and sustainable profitability. As CEO of Xpress Global Systems (XGS), he is executing a strategic repositioning that strengthens financial stability, optimizes cost structures, and accelerates growth in high-performance 3PL solutions.

Bob’s career includes a decade as COO of National Express, where he led large-scale operational transformations, improved cost efficiency, and elevated customer satisfaction. He previously served as Director of U.S. & Canadian Service Operations at Kärcher North America, and spent 12 years in senior operational roles at DHL, overseeing LTL, 3PL, air, and P&D networks. Bob began his career in management at UPS, gaining foundational expertise in operational excellence and people leadership.

He combines strategic business acumen with process optimization expertise to deliver measurable results and long-term stakeholder value. Over the course of several years, he developed a passion for lean manufacturing and six sigma. He applied that knowledge and put it to successful use in leadership positions in engineering and operations for a handful of the south’s most established and innovative manufacturers. Additionally, he built a consulting group that partnered with some of the largest automotive OEM’s, manufacturing companies, and 3PL’s to train, develop, and implement lean principles that directly applied to their business.

Since late 2016, he has dedicated his career to helping stabilize and grow Xpress Global Systems (XGS) into what it is today. At XGS, he has built a very strong team of leaders and teammates managing IT, Cargo Care, Warehousing, and Business Intelligence.
