Mick brings 20 years of leadership, sales, and operational experience across multiple verticals. Known for his service-oriented leadership style, and a people-first approach to commercial environments, Mick has led enterprise sales, operations & customer experience initiatives across transportation, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and non-profit organizations that strengthen relationships, improve performance, and create lasting value.
As leader of the Customer Experience and Business Development team, Mick is focused on driving positive outcomes for customers, partners, and team members alike through positive organizational culture initiatives. He combines financial acumen with a practical approach to sales, service, and operational strategy, helping align organizational culture with measurable service and revenue results.
Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University. His background allows him to blend messaging, business strategy, and customer perception with actionable plans that support meaningful growth and an exceptional customer experience.
